Liturgy Volunteers
-
We are in need of volunteers to help decorate the church for each liturgical season: Advent, Christmas, Ordinary Time, Lent, Holy Week, and Easter.

Called to be good news for others, one powerful way to do this is to help with the distribution of the Eucharist at Mass. The action of the Eucharistic Minister is the template for life. What we do at Mass is what we are called to do beyond the Mass – to bring Christ to others.

The Lector helps to nourish our community with God’s words. Through proclamation by our Lectors, God once again speaks to us with words of love. Those words are comforting when we are in need, and they challenge us when we are going astray. Consider taking part in our proclamation at Mass.

We're looking for men who want to assist at Mass as altar servers! It’s a great way to grow in reverence, serve the Church, and be part of a brotherhood rooted in the liturgy. Whether you're experienced or brand new, we’ll provide training. Step up and serve—sign up today.

The sacristan sets up, prepares, and carefully arranges the liturgical books, the vestments, and other things necessary for the celebration of Mass.

If you like to sing or play an instrument, there is a place for you. We have three Sunday Masses with a choral/music ensemble: 8:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 7:30 p.m.
Each group rehearses one hour before Mass. You may get involved at any time. Simply show up one hour before Mass and practice with the other music ministry volunteers or email Director of Music, Nick Chalmers. There are also opportunities for cantors and accompanists. These do require an interview and audition.
